Returns and/or refunds will only be provided for items that are proven to be faulty or damaged. 

Returns and/or refunds will not be provided for change of mind or slight difference from the product image in the case of hand printed products. 

If you wish to cancel an order that hasn't shipped, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can try to sort this for you.
